Ingredients

  • Toasted Sesame Oil - 3 TB / 35 g
  • Snap Peas - 1 C / 65 g
  • Baby Carrots - 1 C / 150 g
  • Water - 12 oz / 400 ml
  • Instant Rice - 1.5 C /  300 g
  • Eggs / Powdered Eggs - 2 / 1/4 C / 35 g
  • Powdered Ginger - 1 TB / 10 g
  • Garlic Powder - 1 tsp / 5 g
  • Soy Sauce Packets - 6-8 
  • Green Onions - 1/2 bunch

Steps

1. Chop veggies
2. TURN ON BURNER: MED HEAT
3. Add oil, rice, peas, baby carrots. Stir
4. Cook 2-3 min, stirring until rice toasted
5. Add water, rice, eggs, ginger, garlic, soy. Stir
6. Bring to boil. Cook 1 min
7. TURN OFF BURNER. Cover. Sit 10 min
8. Stir. Add green onion
