Chickpea & Kale Trail Tacos

Ingredients

  • Water - 16 oz / 500 ml
  • Dehydrated Chickpeas - 2 C / 300 g
  • Garlic Powder - 1 tsp / 5 g
  • Salt - to taste
  • Kale - 1/2 bunch / 175 g
  • Lemon - 1 / 175 g
  • Tortillas, Flour or Corn - 8

Steps

1. TURN ON BURNER: HIGH HEAT
2. Toast tortillas
3. Chop kale
4. Add water, chickpeas, spices, kale
5. Stir. Boil
6. HEAT TO LOW. Cook 5-10 min until done.
7. Wrap it up! Squeeze lemon
