Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo

Ingredients

  • Fettucine Pasta - 1/2 lb / 227 g
  • Water - 32 oz / 1 L
  • Salt - 1 tsp / 6 g
  • Milk Powder - 4 TB / 25 g
  • Garlic Powder or Fresh Garlic - 1/2 tsp / 1 g or 2 cloves/ 5 g
  • Dijon/Yellow Mustard Packet -1
  • Parmesan Cheese - 4 oz / 115 g
  • Packaged Chicken - 5-7 oz / 142 g

Steps

1. If using fresh garlic, CHOP small
2. Add water, salt, pasta, garlic to pot
3. TURN ON BURNER: HIGH HEAT
4. Boil until done
5. Drain all but 4 oz of water
6. Add milk powder, mustard, cheese, chicken. Stir
7. Cook 1-2 min
