Ingredients
- Water - 24 oz / 700 ml
- Quick Cook Grits/Polenta - 2 C / 350 g
- Salt - 2 tsp / 2 g
- Cheddar - 4 oz / 115 g
- Green Onions - 1/2 bunch
Steps
- Chop cheese. Green onions
- Turn on burner. Med heat
- Add water. Boil
- Add grits, salt. Stir, Stir.
- Cook 3-5 min until hydratd.
- Add cheese, green onions. Stir.
- EAT!

Did you know that? Grits/Polenta/Cornmeal/Masa are all pretty much the same thing? Dried ground corn just different name and a different grind.
