Cavatappi Pasta w Basil, Peas, Lemon & Goat Cheese

Ingredients

  • Cavatappi Pasta - 1/2 lb / 225 g
  • Water - 32 oz / 1 L
  • Salt - 2 tsp / 10 g
  • Snap Peas - 8 oz / 225 g
  • Goat Cheese - 4 oz / 113 g
  • Olive Oil - 2 TB / 25 g
  • Lemon - 1/2
  • Basil - 1/4 C / 8 g

Steps

1. TURN ON BURNER: HIGH HEAT
2. Add water, pasta. 1 tsp salt
3. BOIL until done. DRAIN. Keep in pot
4. Add snap peas, goat cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, basil, 1 tsp salt.
5. STIR. COOK 1-2 min
