- Water - 8-12 oz / 250 ml
- Broccoli, fresh - 8 oz / 225 g
- Mustard Powder - 1 tsp / 5 g
- Rice/White Vinegar - 1 tsp / 10 g
- Olive Oil - 1-2 TB / 25 g
- Non Fat Milk Powder - 4 TB / 17 g
- Salt - to taste
- Corn starch - 1-2 tsp / 5 g
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 6 oz / 170 g
Steps
1. TURN ON BURNER: HIGH HEAT
2. Add water, broccoli
3. Boil until soft
4. Add remaining ingredients. Stir
5. Cook 1-2 min on low until soup thickens
