Ingredients

  • Oil - 2 TB / 50 g
  • Instant Rice - 3 C / 450 g
  • Jerky/Summer Sausage/Landjaeger - 3-4 oz / 113 g
  • Dried Fruit - 1/4 C / 20 g
  • Coconut Milk Powder - 2 TB / 15 g
  • Salt - to taste
  • Powdered Eggs - 1/2 C / 70 g
  • Water - 20 oz / 590 g
  • Soy Sauce - 3-4 packets 
  • Green Onions - 1/2 bunch 

Steps

  1. Chop meat, fruit
  2. Turn on burner: Medium heat
  3. Add oil, rice, meat, fruit
  4. Stir. Toast 1-2 min
  5. Add water, coconut milk powder, salt, eggs
  6. Stir. Bring to boil.
  7. Turn off burner
  8. Cover. Let sit for 5-7 min
  9. Stir. Add soy sauce, green onions if desired
