Ingredients

  • Water - 8 oz / 250 ml
  • Instant Mashed Potatoes - 4 oz / 125 g
  • Packaged Tuna - 5 oz / 150 g
  • Red Pepper - 1/2
  • Olives - 1/4 C / 50 g
  • Mayo Packets - 4-6
  • Smoked Paprika - 1 TB / 10 g
  • Salt - to taste
  • Lemon - 1/2

Steps

1. Chop red pepper
2. TURN ON BURNER: HIGH HEAT
3. Add water, tuna, pepper, olives
4. Stir. Boil
5. Add potatoes. Stir. Cook 1 min
6. Reserve mixture
7. In cup/bowl, Mix mayo, smoked paprika, lemon,
salt
8. Spoon over potatoes
