Ingredients

  • Vegetarian Sausage - 6 oz / 180 g
  • Oil - 2 TB / 25 g
  • Water - 5 oz / 135 g
  • Sage, dried - 1/2-1 tsp / 2 g
  • Garlic Powder - 1/2 tsp / 2 g
  • Salt - to taste
  • Non Fat Milk Powder - 1/4 C / 75 g
  • Corn starch - 1-2 tsp / 5 g
  • Apple Cider Vinegar -1 tsp
  • Biscuits, store bought - 2 large

Steps

1. Crumble sausage, if needed
2. TURN ON BURNER: MED HEAT
3. Add sausage, oil, water, sage, garlic powder, salt
4. Stir. Cook 2-3 min
5. Add milk powder, corn starch, vinegar
6. Stir, Stir until thick
7. Spoon over biscuits
