Ingredients

  • Water - 16 oz / 500 ml
  • Dehydrated Lentils - 1 C / 150 g
  • Instant Cous Cous - 5.8 oz / 150 g
  • Indian Curry Powder - 2 TB / 10 g
  • Salt - to taste
  • Nuts/Pepitas - 1/4 C / 20 g
  • Sumac - to taste

Steps

1. TURN ON BURNER: HIGH HEAT
2. Add water. Boil
3. Add lentils, spices, salt. Stir
4. Simmer 4-5 min
5. Add cous cous. Stir
5. TURN OFF BURNER
6. Cover. Sit 10 min
7. Sprinkle nuts, sumac
