Ingredients

  • Garlic - 2 clvs
  • Shallot - 2 pc
  • Jerky - 5 oz /150 g
  • Beef Bouillon - 2 cubes
  • Water - 32 oz / 1 L
  • Oil - 2 TB / 25 g
  • Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp / 2 g
  • Baby Carrots  2-4 oz  /  100 g
  • Snap Peas - 2 oz / 50 g
  • Mushrooms - 6 pc

Steps

  1. CHOP garlic, shallot, jerk, carrots, snap peas, mushrooms
  2. TURN ON BURNER: Med heat
  3. + oil, garlic, shallot, jerky, carrots, snap peas, mushrooms, black pepper
  4. STIR. COOK 3-5 min
  5. + bouillon cubes, water
  6. STIR
  7. SIMMER 5-8 min until vegetables are done.
  8. EAT!

Notes/Additions

If you'd like to save some weight, go ahead and use some dehydrated veggies.
Also, pack a little apple cider vinegar to make this POP!
