Ingredients

  • Water - 24 oz / 750 ml
  • Rice Noodles - 3-4 oz / 15o g
  • Instant Rice - 1 C / 185 g
  • Thai Curry Paste - 2 TB / 40 g
  • Packaged Chicken/Fake Meat - 9 oz / 275 g
  • Salt - to taste
  • Lime - 1

Steps

  1. TURN ON BURNER: HIGH HEAT
  2. Add water. Boil
  3. Add rice noodles, curry paste, chicken, salt. Stir
  4. Cook until rice noodles almost done
  5. TURN OFF BURNER
  6. Add rice. Stir
  7. Cover. Sit 10 min
  8. Squeeze lime
