- Water - 24 oz / 750 ml
- Rice Noodles - 3-4 oz / 150 g
- Instant Rice - 1 C / 185 g
- Thai Curry Paste - 2 TB / 40 g
- Packaged Chicken/Fake Meat - 9 oz / 275 g
- Salt - to taste
- Lime - 1
Steps
- TURN ON BURNER: HIGH HEAT
- Add water. Boil
- Add rice noodles, curry paste, chicken, salt. Stir
- Cook until rice noodles almost done
- TURN OFF BURNER
- Add rice. Stir
- Cover. Sit 10 min
- Squeeze lime
