Bacon & Brie Dip

Ingredients

  • Bacon, pre-cooked - 2.5-3 oz / 70-90 g
  • Brie - 12 oz / 350 g
  • Apple Cider Vinegar - 1 TB / 12 g
  • French’s Crispy Onions - 1 C / 50 g
  • Apples - 1-2
  • Bread or Crackers, your fav - 1 loaf/box

Steps

1. Chop bacon into small pieces. Slice apples
2. TURN ON BURNER: MED HEAT
3. Add bacon. Stir. Cook 1 min
4. Remove grease, if desired
5. Rip/Cut brie and put in pot
6. Add onions. Stir
7. Cook until cheese has melted & bubbly
8. Add apple cider vinegar. Stir
