Ingredients

  • Pasta, Mac or Small shape - 6-8 oz / 175-225 g
  • Water - 16 oz / 500 ml
  • Bacon, precooked - 2-3 oz / 100 g
  • Milk Powder - 2 TB / 15 g
  • Garlic Powder - 1/2 tsp / 2 g
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp / 2 g
  • Dijon Mustard Packet - 1
  • Cheddar Cheese, grated - 2 oz / 100 g
  • Blue Cheese - 2 oz / 100 g
  • Butter - 2 TB / 25 g

Steps

1. TURN ON BURNER: HIGH HEAT
2. Add water, pasta
3. Boil until soft. Drain, keep 4 oz water in pot
4. Add remaining ingredients
5. Stir. Cook 1-2 min until melted and incorporated
