  • Olive Oil - 4 TB / 50 g

  • Thick cut bread, your fav - 4 slices

  • Avocados - 2

  • Cucumber - 1 small

  • Lime - 1

  • Mixed Nuts - 1/4 C / 35 g

  • Salt - to taste

Steps

1. Chop nuts
2. Slice cucumber, avocado
3. Add olive oil on bread
4. Smash avocado on bread
5. Add cucumber, nuts, lime juice, salt
