Ingredients

  • Dried Apples - 1 C / 80 g
  • Craisins - 1 C / 80 g
  • Water - 8 oz / 250 ml
  • Cinnamon 1/2 tsp / 2 g
  • Apple Cider Vinegar - 1 tsp / 100 g
  • Kashi Crunch - 1/2 C / 100 g
    (or other crunchy cereal)
  • Cashews - 1/2 C / 150 g

Steps

1. TURN ON BURNER: HIGH HEAT
2. Add apples, craisins, water, cinnamon. Stir
3. Cook 3-5 min covered
4. Chop cashews, if you like
5. Add vinegar, kashi, cashews. Stir
