Ingredients

  • Tomatillos - 4-6
  • Poblano Pepper - 1
  • Jalapeno Pepper - 1 
  • Lime - 1 
  • Garlic Powder - 1 tsp / 5 g
  • Salt - 1 tsp / 5 g
  • Rice - 2 C / 370 g
  • Water - 16 oz / 475 ml
  • Avocado - 2 

Steps

  1. CHOP tomatillos, poblano, jalapeno
  2. TURN ON BURNER: Med heat
  3. +tomatillos, poblano, jalapeno, garlic powder, salt
  4. STIR. COOK 5-7 min until soft
  5. +lime juice, water, rice
  6. STIR. BOIL. COVER
  7. TURN OFF BURNER
  8. SIT 5-10 min
  9. FLUFF
  10. GARNISH w avocado
  11. EAT!
