- Tomatillos - 4-6
- Poblano Pepper - 1
- Jalapeno Pepper - 1
- Lime - 1
- Garlic Powder - 1 tsp / 5 g
- Salt - 1 tsp / 5 g
- Rice - 2 C / 370 g
- Water - 16 oz / 475 ml
- Avocado - 2
Steps
- CHOP tomatillos, poblano, jalapeno
- TURN ON BURNER: Med heat
- +tomatillos, poblano, jalapeno, garlic powder, salt
- STIR. COOK 5-7 min until soft
- +lime juice, water, rice
- STIR. BOIL. COVER
- TURN OFF BURNER
- SIT 5-10 min
- FLUFF
- GARNISH w avocado
- EAT!
