Ingredients

  • Olive Oil - 2 TB / 25 g

  • Garlic - 2 cloves

  • Button Mushrooms - 4

  • Shiitake Mushroms - 4

  • Other Mushrooms - 4

  • Salt - 1/2 tsp / 2 g

  • Rice a Roni Pkg - 2 pkg / 16 oz / 480 g

  • Water - 40 oz / 1.1 L

Steps

1. Chop garlic, mushrooms
2. TURN BURNER ON: HIGH HEAT
3. Add olive oil, garlic, mushrooms, salt
4. Cook 2-3 min. Stir
5. Add rice, water
6. Stir, simmer, follow pkg instructions
7. Cook until done
