Basic Jazzy Rice

Ingredients
- Oil - 2 TB / 25 g
- Instant Rice - 2 C / 370 g
- Garlic powder - 1 tsp / 2 g
- Dried Fruit, any - 1/4 C / 20 g
- Nuts, any - 1/4 C / 20 g
- Salt - 1 tsp / 5 g
- Water - 16 oz / 500 g
- Vinegar, any or Lemon - 2 TB/1 / 25 g /1
Steps
- Turn on burner
- Add oil, nuts, fruit and rice
- Stir. Toast all for 2-3 min
- Add water, garlic powder, salt
- Stir. Simmer. Turn off buner
Notes/Additions
We chose fruits and nuts because we all have some sort of trailmix in our packs. But JAZZZZ this up however you like with other herbs, veggies and meat!
