Ingredients
- Water - 32 oz / 1 L
- Thick rice noodles - 7 oz / 200 g
- Fish Sauce or Salt - 1 tsp / 5 g
- Peanut Butter, you fav - 1/2 C / 130 g
- Sriracha - 1-2 TB / 20-40 g
- Rice Vinegar - 1 TB / 25 g
- Green Onions - 1/2 bunch
- Lime - 1 pc
Steps
- TURN ON BURNER: High Heat
- + water, rice noodles
- BOIL until soft, STIR. RESERVE 4 oz water in pot
- CHOP green onions
- NOODS DONE+ fish sauce/salt peanut butter, sriracha, rice vinegar. STIR
- COOK 2-2 min. STIR
- GARNISH with green onions, lime wedge
- EAT!
