Ingredients

  • Water - 32 oz / 1 L
  • Thick rice noodles - 7 oz / 200 g
  • Fish Sauce or Salt - 1 tsp / 5 g
  • Peanut Butter, you fav - 1/2 C / 130 g
  • Sriracha - 1-2 TB / 20-40 g 
  • Rice Vinegar - 1 TB / 25 g
  • Green Onions - 1/2 bunch
  • Lime - 1 pc

Steps

  1. TURN ON BURNER: High Heat
  2. + water, rice noodles
  3. BOIL until soft, STIR. RESERVE 4 oz water in pot
  4. CHOP green onions
  5. NOODS DONE+ fish sauce/salt peanut butter, sriracha, rice vinegar. STIR
  6. COOK 2-2 min. STIR
  7. GARNISH with green onions, lime wedge
  8. EAT!
