Ingredients

  • Potatoes - 1.5 lbs / 680 g
  • Water - 32 oz / 1L
  • Salt -2 tsp / 10 g
  • Shallot - 2 pc
  • Olives, your fav - 1/2 C / 70 g
  • Roasted Red Peppers - 12 oz / 340 g
  • Mayo Packets - 4 pc 
  • Lemon - 1 pc
  • Smoked Paprika - 2 tsp / 5 g
  • Tuna or Sardines - 6 oz / 170 g

Steps

  1. CHOP potatoes
  2. TURN ON BURNER: High heat
  3. + post, salt. BOIL
  4. COOK until soft. DRAIN
  5. CHOP shallot, pepper. RESERVE.
  6. MIX mayo, juice of 1/2 - 1 lemon, paprika. RESERVE.
  7. + veggies, olives, tuna to potatoes. COOK 3-5 min. STIR
  8. DRIZZLE sauce over bowl.
  9. EAT!
