  • Black Beans - 1 can (15oz) / 440 g
  • Pre-cooked brown rice - 2C / 500 g
  • Corn, frozen - 1 bag (14oz) / 450 g
  • Shallot - 2
  • Roma Tomatoes - 2
  • Oil - 2 TB / 25 g
  • Salt - 1 tsp / 5 g
  • Water - 1 8 oz
  • Lime - 1
  • Cilantro - 1/2 bunch

Steps

  1. CHOP onion, tomato, cilantro
  2. OPEN can of beans
  3. TURN ON BURNER: med heat
  4. + black beans, rice, tomato, water
  5. STIR. COOK 5-7
  6. + cilantro
  7. GARNISH w lime wedges
  8. EAT
