Ingredients

  • Water - 24 oz / 750 ml
  • Instant Rice - 1/2 C / 75 g
  • Masa/ Grits/Polenta - 1/4 C / 40 g
  • Dehydrated Beans - 1/2 C / 75 g
  • Chili Powder - 2 TB / 10 g
  • Pepitas - 2 TB / 20 g
  • Hot Sauce Packet - 2-4
  • Salt - to taste

Steps

1. TURN ON BURNER: HIGH HEAT
2. Add water. Boil
3. Add rice, masa, beans, chili powder, salt. Stir
4. Cook 1-2 min
5. TURN OFF BURNER
6. Cover. Sit 10 min
7. Sprinkle pepitas, Squeeze hot sauce
